The majority of models on PlushBase are licensed under Creative Commons Zero (CC0), giving you complete freedom to use them however you want.

  • Modify and create derivatives

You Cannot

  • Claim to be the original creator
  • Redistribute as-is on asset stores
  • Sell the unmodified models alone
  • Use in illegal or harmful content
  • Use to train AI (see section below)

License Types on PlushBase

CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) Most Models

The most permissive license. No attribution required. Use for any purpose including commercial. This is our default license for all AI-generated models.

CC BY (Attribution) Some Models

Requires attribution to PlushBase. Same usage rights as CC0, but you must credit the source. Check individual model pages for details.

AI Training Policy

While CC0 technically allows any use, we ask that you do not use PlushBase models to train AI/ML models that compete with our platform or the broader 3D model creation community.

We believe AI should augment human creativity, not replace it. If you're building AI tools that benefit creators, please reach out — we'd love to chat!

Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

While CC0 models don't require attribution, we always appreciate a shoutout! If you'd like to credit us, here's a suggested format:
